Artistic Statement
Departing from the marker works of the past decade or so, I began doing paintings inspired by the ocean, 1984-1985. These paintings were done while serving as Visiting Artist at Coastal Carolina Community College in Jacksonville, N.C. These paintings and watercolors were well received in the Triangle area, marketed through Somerhill Gallery to several corporate collections as well as individual collectors. My new work (2010) is related to this direction.
Inquiry about my new paintings to purchase or exhibit is welcomed.
